Operations means the day to day activities of the organization . It includes all those activities which relates with the production of product.

Different operations are performed on the raw-material in an efficient way in order to produce.

3.       Outbound Logistics:

When the operations are performed product is made then we can send the product to the market , where customers can easily annex it.  Such delivery of the goods in the market is known as Outbound Logistics.

4.       Marketing & Selling :

Sending the goods , which has been already produced in the market is not enough . The marketer has to promote his product in such a way which fulfill his need , want , and demand . Marketers educate and train the customers about the product.

5.       Services:

At the time of selling the product we have to provide extra benefits a value edit services to our clients , which makes them satisfied . Such services may includes installation service , delivery services ,warranty services claims etc ..
